Remote Global Recruiting Consultant Company A display manufacturing company Location United States / San Jose, CA Job Description / Qualifications Position: Remote Global Recruiting Consultant Responsibilities: - Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process. - Develop sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates for each specific requisition. - Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity. - Proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders. - Partner to develop a holistic campus recruiting plan for assigned client group, including event/activities calendar, key campus partners, info sessions/presentations, interviews, and club/organizational/classroom partnerships. - Partner with LG Display HQ in Seoul to understand their hiring needs and goals, and to develop, implement, and execute a hiring strategy.
