Human Resources - HR Business Partner, Indonesia - Associate- Job Description Responsible for managing day-to-day activities of Human Resources functions throughout the organization, including payroll and services, recruitment, training & development, performance management, industrial relations / employee relations, compensation and benefits, staff welfare, record management, establish SOP, and implement various global / regional HR initiatives in the country. The individual should also handle projects and must have good project management skills. The role requires individual who thrives in a demanding, fast paced environment where the ability to leverage resources from multiple areas to deliver results. It is important for the individual to be able to operate effectively within a highly matrixed organization. Responsibilities: * Assist Head of HR and partner with the business to deliver business aligned HR initiatives. * Develop and contribute to the recruitment, compensation and benefits, talent and development strategy, and HR projects. * Establish internal and external talent pool and partner closely with Learning & Development teams to ensure an effective delivery of talent management and succession planning strategy. * Establish and maintain links to the external marketplace / competitor landscape to ensure that our compensation and benefits package remains competitive in the local market place. * Support the year end compensation process, ensuring consistent and fair decisions are made in the promotion, bonus and salary increase processes. * Managing HR Service Delivery (HRSD), including but not limited to recruitment process, on-boarding process, salary and benefits administration, record management, payment of invoices, internal and regulatory reporting, reconciliation, immigration, BCP, diversity & wellness activities and off-boarding process. * Drive initiatives to review HR processes, risk & control environment, and propose change as necessary to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in managing overall HRSD activities as well as improving control in managing the operational activities. * Provide HR advisory to managers and employees. * Assist Head of HR to manage the resolution of ER cases in the country. * Ensure that all HR related program, policies and procedures are described in SOP, followed and implemented in accordance with established rules and regulations. * Ensure that the company is in compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Qualifications Qualifications: * Bachelor degree. * 7-10 years experience in various HR functions, i.e. payroll and services, recruitment, learning & development, advisory, etc. * Good interpersonal communication skills. * Demonstrate ability to provide HR consultation to managers and employees of HR issues regarding employee relations, staffing, compensation and benefits, HR policies and performance management. * Good project management skills. * Ability to work in fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks. * Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnership with clients and HR. * Ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management.
