This is built on 3 pillars: revenue generation in classifieds and advertising in every customer segment (real estate agents, property developers, notary and private owners); regular innovation of our segmented offering, both internally and, where appropriately, via existing/new partnerships. introduce new features/products/services to increase customer satisfaction and NPS in every customer segment The opportunity for a Business Development Manager - Strategic project As Business Development manager - Strategic Project - at Immoweb, you will contribute to our business growth today and tomorrow in the real estate market. Your challenge is to bring to the market before next summer a disruptive way to perform a property valuation. The value estimation is based on an AI/deep learning multi modal algorithm. You always have to keep in mind that the end goal is to generate highly qualified leads for real estate professionals. To ensure the success of this global project and its end goal, highly qualified leads generation, you will have to work on several different streams to drive people the property valuation tools. As a project lead, you will work with various teams in several countries to share knowledge and best practices and ensure the high-quality performance of the conversion funnel you deliver. Working closely with your peers abroad, you are responsible for defining and implementing the KPIs of the project as well as their follow-up and improvement along the way. As a Belgium market expert, you will also gather and provide insight and feedback on the accuracy of the algorithm to ensure its quality. You define the pricing strategy in order to boost the customer adoption and sales performance of our lead generation process. To this extent, you will define and set-up both tactical commercial B2B and B2C communication campaigns, as well as outline/support structural initiatives to sustain growth in volume/revenue. You will collaborate on a daily basis with the other members of the business development team, with other Immoweb teams (marketing, product development, BI, Sales and customer care, …) and benefit from the support of the Axel Springer Group teams. A key success factor is to build full alignment of various stakeholders to drive tangible results. Strong business & revenue focus Responsible for bringing to the market a new disruptive service. Responsible for setting up active "fly traps", to drive potential sellers to this new tool. Responsible for managing the relationship with the real estate professionals. Become our mandate lead generation expert based on in-depth understanding & monitoring of our products & solutions: Monitor and optimize the conversion funnel to ensure the best conversion rate. Deal with ratio of quality vs quantity. Bring the best insights to the data-scientists team in order to have the more accurate results in the estimation tool. Be the gatekeeper of the services quality delivered to our clients and surfers Propose commercial actions & campaigns to sustain & enhance the lead generation Translating insights into value-added actions and bringing those to completion Steer lead generation innovation Contribute to & steer annual/recurrent product & service innovation cycle Steer customer adoption and satisfaction on every service or product push to the market.
