Residential Support Worker

This position will begin on a supply basis and has a very real chance of going permanent with the residence.
Experience working with people who have severe learning difficulties, physical difficulties and complex medical conditions would be preferential. As some of the service users can display challenging behaviour, a calm, empathetic and confident personality is also a requirement. Previous work within the care sector would be beneficial.
To be eligible for the Residential Support Worker position you must:
Be comfortable with assisting service users with personal/intimate care
Be available to work shifts on a part-time or full-time basis from 7am-10am, 3pm-10pm, or night shifts from 9:30pm-9:30am
Be proactive around providing the highest level of care for service users with complex additional needs
