Based in the West Midlands the role will be a mix of generating long-term pipeline business by working closely with customers on developing relevant product solutions and bringing them to market whilst maximising short-term opportunities. It is a technical sales role where you will become the face of the company for aluminium sales, ensuring that clients receive a first class service throughout their supply requirements from initial contact through to product development, sales and aftercare. You will be involved in all aspects of sales delivery and will be required to liaise regularly with technical, commercial and manufacturing to ensure positive outcomes.
Applicants will need to have a good technical understanding of window and door hardware to include all relevant regulatory requirements and ideally have experience of dealing with aluminium glazing companies. You will be a confident self-starter with excellent relationship building skills who has a demonstrable track record of B2B sales. In addition, you will need to be able to project manage the sales process, have excellent planning and communication skills, be hands-on and have a full UK driving licence.
The role will be working for a leading and well-recognised manufacturer and supplier of window and door hardware products and is a high profile role where you will be reporting into the Managing Director. It will involve travel on a national basis and comes with an attractive and negotiable salary package.
