Building Physics and in particular IES / TAS Modelling is an area which the business requires a Lead Engineer, someone to take responsibility for the coordination of all schemes and the technical ability to provide high quality models for a demanding customer base. This essential service links perfectly with the Mechanical & Electrical Design and BIM Teams, offering first class M&E solutions for a wide variety of schemes across the UK.
To be considered for this high profile role applicants will need to be able to step up to being a No.1, responsible for all modelling related activities across 2 offices with the people skills to develop a small team. Technically all interested parties will need to be advanced, able to produce accurate high quality models on either TAS or IES software. Developing a new division always stakes hard work and leadership, something that applicants must be able to demonstrate at interview with a clear view of how to manage and prioritise workload, whilst engaging directly with clients
