FUNCTIONS + RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Execute exciting marketing programs for clients by working with a diverse team of industry leading professionals to ideate, problem solve, and execute best in industry live events including mobile tours, one off events, and gruella marketing campaigns -Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, caterers, etc. on behalf of the client and provide the necessary documentation -Provide on-site support and work closely with venue staff, vendors, agency teams and all other pertinent parties -Be able to identify and problem-solve program challenges and consult with stakeholders to avoid any potential issues -Be able to deliver creative ideation and project development for existing or new programs as requested by client -Provide analysis as needed for the strategy and structure of programs -Manage client's program executions to provide insight, learnings and opportunities for further effectiveness as necessary -Create activation overviews, status reports and post-event recaps to client in timely manner -Manage and organize account materials including status sheets, agendas, shared folders/files, meeting notes, and client assets -Coordinate and manage budget estimates for agency and/or vendors as needed for client -Manage all financials related to programs to properly handle billing -Assist in office management duties on an as-needed basis -Additional consideration for candidates with 1+ years of experience in the alcoholic beverage, automotive and/or luxury consumer sectors REQUIREMENTS
-Talented marketing professionals interested in executing industry leading consumer marketing events -Experience in experiential marketing including developing and executing events for brands that deliver results -A strong interest in traveling and getting involved on the front line of events developing, building and executing marketing initiatives at the highest profile event -Experience in Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint and Excel PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
