As part of the Global Brand Marketing team, the Junior Brand Producer will act as the supporting role to the Senior Brand Producer. The foundation of this role is to ensure that all Global Brand projects are delivered to internal and external clients in a timely manner. In this role, the Junior Producer will work on a variety of marketing projects with an emphasis on print and digital Sell-In collateral. The Junior Producer will also work with teams across the organization, including Digital, Retail, Events, Design, and Content. They should possess solid communication and interpersonal skills, and have impeccable time management and organization skills. What You Get to Do:
The majority of the role will be focused on sell-in collateral, primarily as the project owner for our digital dealer catalog platform (Elastic). The project owner is responsible for all global facilitation, database creation, content organization/upload, cross functional communication, project management and roll-out.
Provide support to various Global Brand Marketing and Burton Corp. projects including but not limited to: Consumer print/digital catalogs, print ads, Go to Market collateral, and other special projects.
Responsible for progress throughout a project's lifecycle: discovery, design, content and delivery (with oversight from Sr. Brand Producer)
Act as both the internal and external communication hub throughout all project phases by managing web-based PM tool (Trello)
Collaborate closely with global marketing, design and content teams to ensure they have what they need to produce all necessary assets including the facilitation of cross-functional project kickoffs.
Gather all information to organize and handoff deliverables to appropriate global and regional marketing, creative, and sales teams.
Track and clearly communicate project status and deliver Brand projects on-time and to the highest quality.
Responsible for admin support tasks for the Global Brand department including but not limited to: PO placement, order entry and database management.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
1-3 years of marketing coordinator or project management experience.
Self-starter with a can-do attitude who will do what it takes to get the job done on time and on budget.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated maturity, organizational skills and pays close attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills to facilitate involvement in multiple projects at the same time.
Experience with Elastic and Trello a plus.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Drive, Photoshop and Illustrator a plus.
