The team is looking for a new member skilled in digital media and advertising to handle and execute paid search campaigns. This position will report to the Manager of Paid Search and will work closely with the rest of the media buying and strategy teams to execute campaigns for various game content launches as well as new customer acquisition. This person will apply their skills to run and optimize search campaigns in partnership with core agencies. Handle paid search marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including: Lead search ad campaigns with agency and direct platform partners Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to improve results Compile reports for management showing results (ROI and other KPIs) Assist in executing and optimizing campaigns based on metrics. Assist in translating qualitative data into recommendations and plans that help build paid search campaigns for content releases and ongoing initiatives Crafting, executing, and reporting paid search tests Assist in establishing organization-wide paid search media best practices, guidelines, objectives and governance-related standards associated with paid search campaigns Work cross-functionally with internal teams and agency partners to establish and maintain content calendars, assets, media plans, and copy for all paid campaigns. Work collaboratively with teams to write effective copy for paid search campaigns. Define and maintain critical metrics and benchmarks for Blizzard paid search media investments. Monitor trends in paid search tools, applications, channels, and strategy. Qualifications
