Digital Marketing & Database Coordinator

£16,000 - £18,000 + Bonus

We are a highly reputable, independent recruitment agency located in the Montpellier area of Cheltenham. We are currently looking for a bright and ambitious individual to join our established recruitment team to support with daily digital marketing, database coordination and resourcing to support our successful team of Account Managers.

Responsibilities and Duties will include;

* Creating and coordinating all daily social media activity across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc

* Regularly analysing marketing data and reporting findings to management monthly

* Regularly reviewing and updating the company website content/imagery etc

* Monitoring search engine optimisation, google ad words and website performance

* Performing regular competitor analysis from a digital marketing perspective

* Using initiative with digital marketing activity to boost candidate attraction

* Supporting with PR activities to raise the company profile

* Controlling the weekly Blog rota

* Utilising new marketing tools and ideas from external courses and information providers

* Creating new posts/articles to strengthen the company brand and attract new talent

* Writing attractive Ad Copies; posting on job sites and social media

* Keeping an accurate record of live vacancies and ensuring all sites are updated accordingly

* Proactive daily resourcing across a variety of roles

* Keeping abreast of job board performance - consistently reviewing opportunities to utilise new job boards (free trials etc)

* Answering the telephone, dealing effectively with candidate and client enquires in a highly professional manner

* Ownership of Temp payroll in the absence of the Account Manager

* Ad hoc office duties as required to support the wider team

Suitable applicants will have:

* Degree level educated in a Marketing related subject ideal

* Knowledgeable regarding Digital Marketing practices within a commercial environment

* Creativity essential along with the confidence to put forward new ideas and help forge the digital marketing strategy

* Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written

* Proven administration experience and/or proven customer service experience

* A professional, engaging telephone manner

* The desire to work hard and achieve results

* A natural ambition and tenacity to succeed

* The ability to retain large amounts of information and learn quickly

* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask

* Able to work at pace through competing priorities

* Flexible approach to supporting the team

* Flexible attitude to working hours

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday - Friday, 9am-5.30pm - flexibility outside of these hours may be required.
