This is an independent professional position performing comprehensive assessments, service brokerage, and advocacy services for severely emotionally disturbed children and their families. The Case Manager works with other professionals from numerous community organizations as well as with Center staff. The work is performed with a high degree of independence; however, work is reviewed through conferences, supervision and required reports. This position involves managing a caseload of severely emotionally disturbed children. This is an independent professional position performing comprehensive assessments, service brokerage, and advocacy services for severely emotionally disturbed adults and/or children and their families. The Case Manager works with other professionals from numerous community organizations as well as with Center staff. The work is performed with a high degree of independence; however, work is reviewed through conferences, supervision and required reports. This position involves managing a caseload of severely emotionally disturbed children and/or adults. The Registered Nurse is responsible for identifying client alterations in health, assessing the client's responses to actual and potential health problems and prescribed treatments, and providing appropriate nursing interventions to return the client to baseline health with appropriate physician orders. The RN functions within the modified Assertive Community Treatment team model to provide appropriate medical care and support the client in reintegration to stable housing in the community. The RN performs assessments and other activities as recognized by the Board of Nursing and appropriate to their licensure and experience. The RN may work in various community settings including but not limited to homeless shelters, client homes, and clinics. $28-$31/Hr. This is an advanced professional counseling position providing clinical evaluation, treatment, and consultation services. Services are provided for clients with mild to severe disability. This position requires the ability to build professional empathetic relationships with clients, while providing efficient and appropriate direct clinical services. Senior clinical staff may provide supervision to non-licensed clinical staff, students, and interns. This is a professional position that works closely with an interdisciplinary team to assist in providing and coordinating services in an acute care inpatient setting for clients, their families, inpatient/outpatient Meridian staff, community agencies, and insurance carriers. This position will be dedicated full-time to the Bradford County Schools District and housed on-site. This role provides liaison services to clients and their families, inpatient/outpatient Meridian staff, community agencies, and insurance carriers. Responsibilities include obtaining authorization for services, concurrent review for continued authorization for services, individual/family/group counseling, appropriate referrals, and discharge/transition arrangements including follow up appointments. The Family Intervention Specialist (FIS) functions as substance abuse treatment system experts and representatives to child welfare. FIS provide adult substance abuse outreach, screening, intervention, and case management. FIS do not function as the primary treatment counselor. Their role is to serve as a consultant to, and coordinator with, child welfare and a motivator/supporter for families. FIS may be co-located with protective investigation workers, and shall maintain close contact with protective investigators and other child welfare workers. FIS maintain caseloads of up to 35 families. This position functions as a consultant and coordinator with protective service providers and the primary therapist. The Family Intervention Specialist provides resources, education, and motivational counseling to the client to promote family safety, prevent consequences of substance abuse on families under protective supervision or at risk of being under protective supervision by reducing drug and alcohol abuse, support parents/caregivers in completing case plans for permanency and reunification and recovery. This position often requires community-based services and a flexible schedule that will allow for work outside of normal business hours This position will be dedicated full-time to the Schools District and housed on-site. This role provides liaison services to clients and their families, inpatient/outpatient Meridian staff, community agencies, and insurance carriers. Responsibilities include obtaining authorization for services, concurrent review for continued authorization for services, individual/family/group counseling, appropriate referrals, and discharge/transition arrangements including follow up appointments. Positions allocated to this classification report to a designated supervisor (VP of Finance), and work under general supervision. Work in this class is distinguished from higher classes by its limited technical knowledge and from lower classes by its emphasis on professional bookkeeping and accounting skills. This is advanced professional clinical work conducting emergency assessments for clients who present at Crisis Stabilization in crisis seeking mental health stabilization. Emergency Screeners provide 24/7 Emergency Intake and Evaluation services for both voluntary and Baker Act adults and children. This is an advanced professional counseling position providing clinical evaluation, treatment, and consultation services as part of a modified Assertive Community Treatment team that serves clients who are experiencing homelessness in conjunction with their own or a family member's mental, substance use, or co-occurring disorder. This position requires the ability to build professional empathetic relationships with clients, while providing efficient and appropriate direct clinical services. Client population will primarily be adults but may include adolescents. Senior clinical staff may provide supervision to non-licensed clinical staff, students, and interns. Serves as liaison between client relations units and functions as a team leader for a particular unit. The work required the use of independent judgment and initiative in carrying out duties and responsibilities of maintaining a professional office setting, and the ability to provide clerical support on all levels within the Center. This position requires heavy public contact. This is a highly responsible position in the Center's Executive Management Team. The Senior Vice President is responsible for overseeing the Adult and Children's Outpatient Behavioral Health and Specialty Programs for Meridian Behavioral Healthcare. This will involve the coordination and overall supervision of these programs. The role of the Senior Vice-President is to ensure that care is safe, effective, person centered, timely, efficient, and equitable. He/she is expected to interact with stakeholders, internal and external, and to represent Meridian's management team to these stakeholders. This highly professional position is responsible for administering, planning, organizing and directing multi-components for multiple programs within the outpatient programs. Duties include clinical supervision, budgeting, management of Staff and Service Delivery within the Program, liaison to agencies in the Community served by the program, compliance with contracts and regulatory authorities and participation in center-wide initiatives. This is an independent professional position providing the ongoing development, training and supervision of the Mobile Response Team and the coordination of professional relationships with law enforcement, school board, hospitals and various outside agencies. Duties include responding directly to requests for deployment and assures people in crisis receive immediate and ongoing assistance. Work is performed under the direction of a higher level supervisor and is reviewed through conferences, reports and observation of the results obtained. This is an independent professional position providing the ongoing development, training and supervision of the Mobile Response Team and the coordination of professional relationships with law enforcement, school board, hospitals and various outside agencies. Duties include responding directly to requests for deployment and assures people in crisis receive immediate and ongoing assistance. Work is performed under the direction of a higher level supervisor and is reviewed through conferences, reports and observation of the results obtained. This position is responsible for the provision of direct client care and interaction under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Manager or physician. The LPN provides medication administration, wound care, patient and family education and historical data collection. Documents care provided in the clinical record.
