Academic Support Assistant - Alfred State College

The Academic Support Assistant (ASA) assists academic departments with coordinating, organizing, compiling, and preparing data and written reports related to accreditation, curriculum review and development, assessment, grants, and other areas. The ASA will also represent the departments when working with individuals and offices across the college and with external visitors and groups. The ASA's duties will require, at times, a high degree of autonomy, and the ASA will report to the dean of Arts and Sciences.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- General computer skills,
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage projects independently
