A New York-based publicly traded operations management and analytics leader that drives business impact through technology, industry-specific knowledge and a unique delivery model.

  • Develop specific sales plans for each account so they can maintain business and where possible, increase the sales volume
  • Work to increase revenue by identifying additional products to complement what is currently sold to the existing customer base
  • Translate clients' strategic requirements into EXL-enabled solutions. Work with others to achieve better results and forge close working relationships and alliances in order to get things done (for the client)
  • Experience in handling multiple accounts; proven experience in managing accounts ranging from $7m to $20m and greater
  • Will be responsible for growing the business (client business) 10-20%
  • Drive the creation and execution of strategic account plans; with internal teams for assigned accounts to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets
  • Continuously keep track of client needs, gauge client satisfaction and expand client contacts
  • Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders and team members to ensure the successful delivery of services to your customers
  • Periodically spend time at delivery locations to maintain close contact with operations
  • Act as a database manager for client documents including SOWs
  • Handle client reporting (both qualitative and quantitative)
  • Position EXL as a strategic partner, trusted advisor and value-creator
  • Change the sales approach or solution to accommodate customer versus force fitting solutions to an existing model
  • Understand the financial impact of developments on the industry and company
  • Be the "Executive face of EXL" and solicit ongoing feedback
  • Orchestrate EXL's services into solutions that meet client's business objectives, while delivering measurable results
  • Work closely with delivery teams to meet and exceed client expectations, and resolve relationship and/or operations issues in a timely manner
  • Identify, qualify, develop and close Transformation and Outsourcing engagements within the account
  • Participate in client visits, industry events, trade shows, conferences and/or other marketing events as necessary
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, graduate degree a plus.
  • Preferably MBA
  • 10-12 years of Insurance L&A experience in client services, account management and/or relationship management required
