Senior Human Resources Business Partner Full-time permanent Florence KY REF8445T * Support management in developing practical strategy for each business units/ countries in alignment with overall business direction * Work closely with Subject Matter Experts from HQ to ensure alignment between policies and implementation in business units / countries * Continuously monitor and check healthiness of organization in terms of organization development (e.g capability, structure, span of control, etc.) * Ensure employee engagement and maintain good employee satisfaction * Build a strong business relationship with stakeholders cross-functionally. * Proactively identify talent gap within business unit / division, and develop action plan to close the gap BOSCH is a proud supporter of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) Initiatives * FIRST Robotics (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) * AWIM (A World In Motion) All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Experience * 5+ years human resources, manufacturing and/or management experience. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products. * Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict management skills. Confidence delivering difficult and complex messages. * Good business acumen skill and analytical abilities. Special Skills * Candidate must be highly organized, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be comfortable interacting with all levels of management personnel in a dynamic environment. Must be entrepreneurial and possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced rapidly changing atmosphere. Will be required to work across cultures and potential travel internationally. Experience in business restructuring and divestitures is a plus. * Candidate must be proficient in advanced functions of Excel and must have strong working knowledge of other MS Office programs such as Access, and Word PowerPoint. * Working knowledge of SAP is preferred.
