We are seeking a HR Business Partner to act as a consultant and partner to the Communications and Media Solutions (CMS) leadership team. The HR Business Partner works alongside leaders supporting strategic and operational decision making involving change implementation and people development. This role will lead organizational efforts addressing talent management and development; succession planning; knowledge sharing; mentoring; retention activities, and workforce planning. The role will implement specific HR strategies to achieve organization goals and objectives aligned to the business priorities and monitors effectiveness through the tracking of key measures. Responsibilities: * Establishes and maintains relationships with senior leaders it the CMS organization. Uses extensive business knowledge to drive the execution of a wide spectrum of HR programs. * Partners with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development. * Provides authentic coaching to employees, managers and senior leaders. * Identifies training needs for business and individual executive coaching needs. * Provides compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling. * Reviews and analyzes business metrics including data on hiring, attrition, retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements. * Works with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within the client group. * Collaborate with the organization's management to support initiatives by understanding the organization's objectives, issues, needs, and key success factors. * Represents the needs of the business on an ongoing basis to maintain consistent plans between HR and the business in program implementation. * Manages and leads priority projects that support organization-wide transformation initiatives. * Identifies the need for new or improved HR processes and drives the development and implementation of those processes. * Collaborates with direct / expanded team members, as well as COEs, to deliver the best HR support to the client organizations. Education and Experience Required: * First level university degree; advanced university degree preferred. * Typically 6-10 years of experience in multiple HR functions and/or a generalist role. * Typically has experience designing and/or implementing HR programs globally or within a large business unit. * Experience partnering with managers to deliver HR solutions is preferred. Knowledge and Skills: * Excellent written and verbal skills. * Excellent analytical skills - ability to translate data to provide actionable insights. * Strong business acumen. * Strong project management and process development skills. * Strong relationship management skills. * Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including competency in financial analysis.
