We would like to fill the follow­ing vacancy as soon as possible:

Project Leader Companion Diagnostics (gn) Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage, coordinate and oversee the implementation and execution of companion diagnostics (CDx) programs with external collaborators within agreed timelines, budget and resources
  • Lead cross-functional project meetings with the internal team, including development, regulatory, operational and commercial groups to leverage existing internal capabilities and apply to CDx partnerships
  • Ensure ongoing adequate support from relevant in-house resources or matrix functions to enable timely delivery and buy-in
  • Manage alliances and monitor the progress of CDx activities with collaborators, coordinate for regular meetings, e. g. data collection, interpretation and preparation of the results for informed decision-making
  • Communicate timelines / milestones / risks on a regular basis to keep internal / external manage­ment and the project team informed
Your Requirements:
  • The successful candidate will hold a PhD degree in life sciences plus 5 or more years within the pharma­ceutical industry
  • Experience in companion diagnostics development is a must, commercial experience with CDx products would be an advantage
  • Experience in clinical development, preferably in oncology
  • Strong project management and organizational skills in order to manage projects and meet assigned deliverables
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for bridging scientific and business needs from internal and collaborator project members
