Shift Pattern - 36 hours per week covering 8am - 9pm
Commutable from York, Wetherby, Leeds - parking on site, on bus route
Salary guide £18000 - £23500
Our client are looking to add to their expanding Customer Service Centre with the recruitment of a Customer Service Maintenance Planner to join the team. You will be responsible for planning the workload of technicians across the UK, ensuring that the work is carried out within set Service Level Agreements and to their customers' high standards.
You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with an ability to work with people remotely. You will be able to build relationships with others easily and quickly. Your organisational skills will be second to none as you will be responsible for planning work for numerous technicians and service providers around the country. You will be the first point of contact for technicians, team managers and customers alike.
You will be confident in communicating with technicians, service providers and planning work to meet daily & weekly targets. The ability to work under pressure with constantly changing workloads and priorities is essential.
