Internal Account Manager / New Business Telesales

This is an internal role, however there is a potential for travel to participate in training days and events where required. You will be trained on how to be sucessful in Business telesales.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to; working toward individual sales targets, gap analysis, working closely with key target customers to ensure that the Mid Market strategy and future plans
Agreeing clear objectives and tactics to achieve margin growth for both customer and company, developing weekly/quarterly promotions, effectively monitor customers, developing sales in all of their Product Sectors.
The successful candidate will be precise and have the ability to multitask and prioritise, be happy to engage in tough conversations, with deep values and integrity, be able to plan effectively, take the lead and delegate accordingly with excellent negotiation and questioning skills.
Suitable candidates will be passionate and ideally will have experience in a similar role with a proven track record of Account Management and Customer Service excellence and able to demonstrate new business wins.
