Articulate in communicating ideas across cross-functional teams and using strategic insights as direct inputs to the work they produce.. Proven expertise working with data and analytics to inform audience segmentation and insight.. Finds inspiration from a wide variety of sources and is ahead of the curve on audience insights, consumer journey, and measurement trends.. A keen understanding of how to connect brand objectives to KPIs, including deep familiarity with analytics and reporting.. Extensive knowledge of established and emerging media technologies.. Ability to work proactively within the context of an independent, social first agency that breaks the mold of the traditional agency both in vision and execution..
