We are looking to appoint an Assistant Principal for Personal Development, Behaviour and Welfare at this exciting time in the school's life.

You will:

  • be an excellent manager and lead professional in personal development, behaviour and welfare
  • have experience of consistently delivering high standards of achievement
  • have excellent motivational and communication skills to lead teams successfully
  • put teaching and learning at the forefront of everything you do

  • support the Principal in the development of the academy with the highest standards
  • establish an ethos of excellence and endeavour in students, staff and community
