* Working to the agreed Telemarketing strategy under the guidance of the Telemarketing Manager
* Identify opportunities and effectively present key benefits and value of the product to secure new business leads.
* Record new leads and maintain the CRM database.
* Identifying new opportunities through the use of social media
* Complete Telemarketing campaigns within an allocated time frame
* Promote new software and services to customers to create up selling opportunities for the Business Development managers
* Send out bulk letters and emails to generate new business leads
* Attend all relevant internal training to enhance performance
* Ensure relevant sales activities are recorded accurately for future trend analysis.
* Ensure the Total Quality Management Programme is maintained and adhered to for all contacts.
* Proven experience of cold calling
* A tenacious and driven approach to work
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Proven ability to work towards targets
