Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency. Provides business practices and processes. Drives policies and procedures that monitor and support the organization*s operational and financial business objectives. Provides analysis and advice to management in the areas of operations, resource management, finance, revenue accounting, pricing, and/or contracts. May also be responsible for administration, knowledge management, and/or communications.. Develops and monitor P&L forecasts. Develops and monitor metrics to measure other key performance indicators and group performance. Performs competitive analysis. Creates pricing strategy and cost accounting (business modeling) for projects. Reviews contracts for terms, pricing and approvals. Work with account team to close deals. Interfaces with client to resolve contract/delivery disputes. May be responsible for directing resource management staff, ensuring maximum utilization. May be involved with compensation and bonus process. Manage no less than two direct reports.. Assists in the creation of division strategy and consults with senior management in providing direction to ensure growth and financial success. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired.. To accomplish this, they will work closely with leadershipacross various Oracle functions, serving as a key contributor and liaison tovarious lines of business including legal, finance, procurement, GBP, GISand corporate development. Candidate should have broad understanding of allaspects of the OCI business. Candidate should also have an in depthunderstanding of business processes including, but not limited to; strategiclicensing, OEM relationships, negotiating, purchasing, contracts, businesspractices, M&A diligence process/requirements and workforcemanagement. Ability to work independently with strong time management andorganizational skills to multitask across business units while maintaining abig picture understanding.. Candidate will evaluate strategicinitiatives and provide analysis to management, including OEM relationships,strategic licensing, and technical integrations. Candidate will also evaluatepotential licensing opportunities, advise on deal structure, and provide inputinto agreements with third parties. Candidate will coordinate with internalteams consisting of legal, finance, and business representatives to executedeal and facilitate approval process. May also be responsible foradministration, knowledge management, and/or communications.. Key contributor in the developmentof short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives.Candidate will collaborate with management, third parties, and teams across theorganization to ensure unit objectives are met.
