Job Summary: This position will work in a dynamic environment to process incentive plan payments and partner with business leaders and design managers on incentive solutions. This individual will work on goals and objectives to drive operational efficiencies and scalability, reduce risk, support incentive plan implementations, develop and enhance business process management including but not limited to system / technology capabilities and data integrity. Major Responsibilities: * Responsible for managing complex tracking programs, systems and databases to process and improve incentive programs * Develop and conduct routine validations to ensure accuracy of the incentive calculations and payments * Apply specific knowledge of incentive, business and technology capabilities to provide solutions that drive business initiatives and solve incentive objectives * Manage and provide production support, including sales resolution that requires adjustments * Resolve defects and provide incentive impact analysis * Conduct acceptance and regression testing * Create standard incentive management reports, report help files and user manuals * Develop and implement user training * Identify areas for operational improvements * Develop efficient business processes and identify areas for operational improvements * Ad hoc data analysis and reporting Qualifications: * Requires a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years business systems analysis, business process analysis and/or incentive compensation experience including: * Identify new or enhanced requirements * Incentive calculations and payments * Incentive Compensation Management platform a plus * Beginning to Intermediate SQL Server skills to validate backend calculations and conduct analysis * Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills to support documentation, management presentations, analysis and reporting * Excellent analytical and process/project management skills to define solutions and execute processing timelines to insure timely incentive payments * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Effective partnering and team building skills * Excellent customer service skills The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed.
