This position is:
• Hours are: Monday - Friday 3 pm - 11:30 pm or 2 pm - 10:30 pm.
Pay is $15.20/hour
Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Training is provided, and janitorial experience is preferred.

Provide excellent customer service and complete custodial tasks. Take out the garbage, wipe, polish, dust, mop, vacuum, restroom, kitchenette, lunchroom and break area cleaning. Sanitize public spaces, check entry/lobby for debris, clean glass doors, assist with organizing conference rooms after events and catering. The person in this position will be working with the customer.
Vacuums (backpack and upright), carts, mops and buckets, brooms, scrapers, spray bottles, hoses, brushes, ladders, dust wands, and dust mops.
Essential Functions & Physical Requirements
Perform general cleaning tasks within an established time frame, using the above tools and materials with a minimum of supervision after proper training by the supervisor.
Must be comfortable carrying a radio/phone and being on call during parts of the shift to assist with spills, remove garbage and sanitize.
Must be comfortable with heights. Must be willing to work near hazardous equipment and/or machinery, walk on uneven ground, be exposed to dust, gas or fumes, and work at heights from a 12-foot ladder. Must be willing to stand or walk for up to 8 hours.
