TRUCK SALES REPRESENTATIV E As a dynamic leader in the Heavy Duty Truck Industry, we are looking to immediately add a Class 8 New and Used Heavy Duty truck salesperson to our staff!
This individual will have a dynamic presence and an ambitious competitive nature.
We are looking for someone who is self- motivated, has the ability to coordinate, delegate, organize, and juggle projects while exhibiting exceptional customer service skills.
We want you to develop new accounts through extensive cold calling, as well as contacting our existing customers.
Ideal candidate will have the following:
Demonstrated sales ability. Excellent presentation skills and ability to close.
High energy and motivation with a strong work ethic and commitment to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Able to prioritizeand take initiative. Excellent written and verbal skills.
Must have good computer skills for Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and excellent internet skills.
Own and have unrestricted use of a dependable vehicle.
No CDL needed but must acquire within 6 months of hire.
Essential Responsibilities: Contact new prospects via in-person cold calls, direct mail programs, email, and telemarketing.
Develop and present sales proposals to prospects and new customers.
Communicate with the sales team, in daily correspondence and weekly meetings.
Maintain and expand customer base through close customer relations.
Emphasis should be placed on building personal relationship with customers.
Pursues training about new features of the product by participating in Mack online and on-site training.
Demonstrates knowledge of the product of competition.
Maintain and develop sales plan for each year, using corporate documentation procedures, i.e.
