Description

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Creative Production Manager will be responsible for successfully leading the in-house creative team to produce integrated content across all owned and internal media channels in order to increase brand awareness and lead generation among prospective members and drive retention with existing members. This individual will manage all facets of the content creation process, from development to execution and lead system-wide brand visual identity guidance and compliance. In partnership with the brand marketing team, corporate teams and franchisees, this candidate will be expected to champion new ideas that drive continued growth for the business.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Partner with Brand Marketing team and other key internal stakeholders to develop yearly content deliverables based on the brand marketing calendar and business needs
  • Translate core creative ideas for content utilized across multiple mediums (video, graphic design) to ensure consistent look, feel and brand voice for internal and owned media channels
  • Develop a workflow routine and cadence between internal creative team and key stakeholder partners to ensure all deliverables and milestones are completed on time and within budget
  • Develop and manage asset library to ensure all elements are up to date, talent rights are secured and within contract, and make approved assets available for partner agencies, franchisees and internal departments for use
  • Actively participate in brand/agency meetings to guide in-house teams when developing content for internal and owned media channels
  • Partner with Franchisees and other regional stakeholders to ensure brand visual identity compliance including but not limited to developing toolkits, filming guidelines, generating ideas that are consistent with the brand voice and providing creative guidance as required
  • Lead internal creative team to develop and execute video and graphic content for owned and internal media including but not limited to online, social, mobile, email, POS and closed circuit channels to support brand initiatives
  • Source and partner directly with local external resources to manage the end-to-end video production process, establish scope, develop budgets, negotiate costs, and secure talent efficiently and effectively as required
  • Serves as the brand marketing conduit for franchise creative support, reviewing and approving local franchisee partner ideas, providing production guidance and/or developing or supplying content needs on an as needed basis
  • Collaborates with internal teams to source necessary items required for campaign productions, efficiently and effectively


Required Education and Experience

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or related area required
  • 7+ years of experience producing integrated content for multiple mediums with a renowned marketer, agency, production company and/or post facility
  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and/or departments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills, able to communicate and articulate project needs and results clearly
  • Ability to work with senior business minds to help achieve objectives
  • Work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines. Must be able to work under pressure
  • Ability to effectively develop and manage budgets, and negotiate costs effectively
  • Ability to develop, interpret and translate creative ideas from page to screen
  • Proficient in graphic design and editing programs
  • Working knowledge of national/local labor laws for talent and film crews
