Driving Talent is currently recruiting for an Operations, Customer service manager for a family run first generation business. The business is within the recycling industry and the company has always been at the forefront of being the best at providing a high standard service. The candidate will be reporting in to the Operations Director, the candidate will be managing a large team including eight office staff and over 50 drivers. The ideal candidate will be someone that has experience managing in transport or logistics industry. The company strives on their staff to be proactive, energetic and have a positive attitude.

Proven record of a high level of customer service

At least 1 year(s) experience leading a team of more than 10

Understanding of O licence

Management CPC

Strong communication skills
