Home Based - UK Wide Remit
£70,000 to £80,000 + Bonus + Car or 10% Car Allowance + Large Company Benefits
An award-winning IT reseller and service integrator and part of a multi £billion parent company is seeking a Technical Architect, Microsoft SCCM Architect to be part of their remote based team, to work with multiple clients across the UK. The Technical Architect, Microsoft Architect will be responsible for technically leading projects and engagements and owning the associated solution.
Whilst this role will be home based, all Technical, Microsoft Architects will be expected to travel to customer sites as needed.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
The Microsoft Technical Architect, will:
> Design and deliver suitable solutions in line with customer needs and expectations.
> Own the pre-sales and estimations, presentations, workshops and service delivery, ensuring a positive customer relationship is maintained.
> Produce Proposals, Statements of Works, High-level and Low-Level Designs Documents
> Be able to position End User Computing, Microsoft technologies and solutions and understand how it fits within a wider modern workplace transformation strategy.

> Microsoft System Centre Suite 2016
> Configuration Manager & Current Branch
> Operating System Deployments & Windows 10
> Microsoft Intune Integration & MDM & PC Management
> Operations Manager 2016
> Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security Suite - EM+S
> Federated Identity (Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager)
> Microsoft Intune (Cloud Hybrid Configurations)
> Rights Management (Azure and On Premise)
> Azure Multi-Factor Authentication
> Microsoft security
> An awareness of the cyber security risk landscape and Microsoft capabilities that combat it
> Can advise customers on the Microsoft Cloud Security capabilities across the M365 (and where applicable Azure) platform, particularly on the Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) technologies
> Basic understanding of best practices for designing and securing Azure active Directory and on premise Active Directory
