Our client is a successful property company who provide a complete in-house letting, property maintenance and property management service to estate agents, landlords, property developers, buy to let investors and corporate property portfolio owners.

They are recruiting a MAINTENANCE SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR to join their team located in a beautiful rural / country side location, located just outside of Brackley.

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and self motivated individual with the passion to want to please. Daily duties of the job:

Answering the phone in a polite and professional manner.
Providing support to the Maintenance team with all maintenance work. i.e booking in jobs, chasing for outstanding quotes and invoices and typing up quotes.
Managing own dedicated client portfolio for all maintenance requirements.
Daily diary management of up to 10 maintenance workers.
Scheduling in or works, regularly liaising with tenants, landlords and property / lettings companies.
Daily confirming of appointments in diary for the following days jobs.
Processing new work orders and following them up with regular phone calls/emails to confirm the bookings.
Daily invoicing and use of accountancy software (full training will be provided but will include importing daily invoices and sending out daily invoice summaries on a daily basis).
Speaking with clients to advise them of any unpaid invoices.
Reconciliation of client payments and transactions.
Weekly reporting on sales figures and reporting on maintenance quote turnarounds.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team environment in a busy role that requires strong communication and organisation skills. This role would suit someone who has several years experience of working in a busy office environment. A residential property background would be preferable, but it is not a pre-requisite.

Working / office hours are from 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday, although there is flexibility internally to work more of a rota'd structure (9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm) when the business allows. There is also a need to work 1 Saturdays in 3 (9am to 4pm), however our client promotes remote working and this can be worked from home.

Candidates will need their own mode of transport given our clients location
