Nearing their 20 years anniversary of establishment, this firm of Independent Financial Advisers is a friendly yet highly professional team. They focus on providing their clients first class service through their team of experienced Independent Financial Advisers and dedicated back office support structure. The business is well placed to continue growing by recruiting quality individuals.
Clients and business opportunities
As an Independent Financial Adviser within their team, you will benefit from being provided with excellent access to clients. This is because, their current Advisers have or are nearing capacity and have existing clients ready to be allocated to you. You will be able to takeover their annual financial planning reviews, as well as identify new opportunities. In addition, they have a proven business model for generating new clients which you will also benefit from. Any clients you can bring with you on joining, will be ring-fenced.
Paraplanning and Admin Support
You will be fully supported by a team of fully qualified Paraplanners and Administrators, to ensure your time is focused being with clients. As such, you will be assisted every step of the client journey, including the report writing being undertaken.
You will be working within a highly successful team of IFA's and Support Staff. Therefore, will have access to specialist knowledge to bounce ideas around.
Requirements to be considered
You should be an experienced and qualified Financial Adviser with gravitas of working with clients from all walks of life including high net worth individuals. Trainees / less experienced Advisers would be considered, subject to having a good work ethic and an existing foundation of financial planning knowledge to build upon.
* Basic salary of circa £45,000 - £50,000 plus bonus
* Plus, company benefits including: mileage reimbursement for client meetings, matched pension, private health care, flexible cash benefits and up to 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Annual Christmas trip abroad!
* Working from their professional offices with free parking
* Normal working hours of 9 - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday with expectation to be flexible to meet client's needs (flexible working pattern to accommodate)
