About the Team

AXA GO has been working for 2 years on standardising IT Service Management processes across their organisation. As this work progresses, we discover our request catalog has over 3000 items, many are redundant, do not have an owner or could be consolidated. Within the workstream for Service Request Management a key activity needs to be launched to analyse the current situation, identify rationalisation of the catalog and to work on an action plan and roadmap. This is relatively complex work as involves understanding the process needs, the current situation, defining the to-be scenario and liaising with catalog owners to develop an action plan.

What you'll do

  • Responsible for analysing the current Silva Service Request catalog for AXA GO and developing a plan/roadmap to clean up.
  • Analyse current catalog in scope (as is).
  • Establish to be' catalog principles and approach.
  • Engage with catalog product owners and identify owners for gaps.
  • Agree with product team's clean-up activities proposed.
  • Works with the Program Change Manager to agree a communication plan and onboarding approach.
  • Active member of the SRM Scrum team.
  • Develop a plan for clean-up activities.
  • Create clean-up roadmap and secure agreement from stakeholders.

Skills and Requirement

  • Experience in IT Service Management
  • Experience in infrastructure and application environments with an appreciation of differences in operating practices
  • Has worked in a global context
  • Previous experience of Silva (even at user level) useful but training can be provided
  • Expert in MS Excel
  • Business analysis experience
  • Working experience of analysing significant information and creating clear proposals and action plans
  • Influencing skills
  • Written and verbal communication in English
  • Good stakeholder management
  • Experience in document presentation
