Job Title: Digital Performance Co-ordinator
Contract Length: 12 months (initially, extensions likely and expected)
Location: Remote/London
Daily Rate: £200 per day Inside IR35

The Digital Performance Co-ordinator will play a key role in the management of Cross Line of Business performance (biddable) campaigns. Working within the our client's EMEA digital marketing team, the role will involve managing the implementation and reporting of in-house performance campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter. The role will also interface with our client's AdTech & analytics teams and will work with external media agencies when required.

- Translate digital objectives into effective biddable media plans
- Review and critique incoming creative & content to ensure it's aligned with objective and fit for purpose
- Campaign activation - schedule, test and launch campaigns in a timely manner with varied budgets
- Track campaigns and optimise as appropriate
- Assist in reporting, tracking and measuring all activity in line with performance based KPIs and benchmarks
- Help implement an ongoing 'test and learn' optimisation programme to maximise performance
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and latest innovations and demonstrate how these can be incorporated into the wider paid social strategy
- Explore opportunities on new and emerging social channels

Skills and Experience:
- 2 years Digital experience
- Paid/biddable channels and management platforms experience
- Experience working on entertainment and/or retail brands
- Creative thinker with an understanding of digital marketing
- Strong at communicating with non-digital savvy stakeholders, ensuring knowledge and learnings are effectively passed on
- Excellent creative and copywriting skills
- Good time management skills with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks under pressure to meet deadlines
- Highly numerate with a strong attention to detail and ability to analyse large sets of complex data
- Proactive team player able to work individually and as part of a team
