We are looking for Support Workers in Willingham near Cambridge to cover various shifts from full time, part time and relief to suit you. We offer fantastic benefits, training and a great team environment.
The Dimensions team supports individuals with learning disabilities to live in their own home and be an active part of their community in Willingham near Cambridge. You will be part of a team that works flexibly on a rota, supporting individuals in Willingham to live the lives they choose. The location is easily accessible by public transport.
This role will involve supporting 5 females and 1 gentleman with complex multiple needs including high health needs in a purpose built bungalow. We support them with PEGS and epilepsy and all require moving and handling. They all enjoy going swimming, going to bingo at the local community centre and have their own allotment where they grow their own produce. They also like to go to parties, karaoke, shopping, visiting the zoo and everyone loves music and going to concerts.
Their families and friends play a big part in their lives so they also require support with maintaining those relationships.
