Are you looking to increase your Supervisory/Team Leader knowledge & experience? If the answer is Yes, then this might be the role for you!

This will be an excellent opportunity if you are looking to extend your knowledge, gain experience in a management role and have a good knowledge of how to positively support people with profound and multiple disabilities. You will be expected to lead and motivate a team of Support Workers whilst ensuring KPI’s and compliance standards are met. This is a key role in guaranteeing the quality of our service delivery and ensuring that we are always improving.

You will provide support to the Service Manager by undertaking agreed management tasks that in turn will support and develop the team across our two services in Ilford.

In addition to undertaking managerial tasks, you will also be required to do some front line work with the people we support and act as a role model, demonstrating good practice to other members of the teams

Self-motivated and determined, you should have a passion for positive change and the confidence to make difficult decisions under pressure.

Strong leadership is key to the success of our services. We want to recruit leaders who can demonstrate they have the potential to excel within our team orientated workplace.
