Role: Service Desk Team Leader
Location: Leicester
Salary: £45K DOE

I am looking for a proactive and forward thinking IT professional to join a market leading company on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for making sure the service desk runs as smoothly as possible, whilst also remaining hands on. Role Responsibilities:
** Managing the service desk, supporting both internal and external customers across different sites
** Be the first point of contact to help & assist the service desk team
** Provide BAU Support & Implement and lead projects, Training and mentoring the service desk team and allocating tickets/works to match their expertise
** Be comfortable working on an independent basis and liaising directly with users
** Work closely alongside other Senior management making suggestions throughout the business to improve processes end to end and reduce costs throughout the business

** Networking - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
** ITIL Methodology

** Hardware & Software support
