Are you a Salesperson looking for a varied and autonomous role where you will be responsible for spearheading the continued expansion of this market-leading company who offer a range of competitive benefits including a bonus, training, and progression opportunities?

The company is a global leader in professional assistive listening and wireless audio products. Since the end of the pandemic they have seen exponential growth and are now looking for a new person to join their tight-knit team. Due to the global nature of the business there is the opportunity for all expenses paid international travel.

In this position you will maximise the effectiveness of the Business Development Managers by producing high quality leads and working as a team towards agreed set targets and profitability goals. The role will be mostly developing new business but there will be some account management maintaining previous client relationships.

This position would suit someone from a sales or business development background who has confident phone and B2B sales skills. International travel is available but is not required and the company are known for the progression and training available, preferring to hire internally. Hybrid working is also available.

The Role:

* Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the BDM
* Work closely with the marketing team
* Develop creative pitches and propositions
* Maintain and source Business

The Person:

* Confident Phone and Sales skills
* Ability to build repour with new and existing clients
* B2B Experience
