Qualifications:
Is licensed to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist (Speech Therapist) within the State of Wyoming.
Maintains Certificate of Clinical Competency with ASHA
Has good oral and written communication skills; has good organizational skills.
Requires a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
Responsibilities:
Responsibilties:
Develops a plan of care for each patient.
Plans therapy and uses appropriate diagnostic tools and therapy techniques.
Establishes appropriate and measurable goals, accurately documents services delivered, and assesses patient's progress.
Participates in family meetings with other healthcare professionals when applicable to discuss goals and progress of patient.
Consults and works with team members of multi-disciplinary teams to incorporate appropriate strategies and goals to see that patient reaches fullest potential.
