Concept Resourcing are working with a Managed Services Provider who have this position which is allowing for significant career progression. We are looking for a Junior Service Delivery Manager who will be responsible for managing the performance of services provided to clients ensure that service levels are achieved and maintained. You will also work closely with the technical team assisting and co-ordinating the delivery of services into key enterprise customers.

As the Junior Service Delivery Manager, you will help build long term profitable relationships across our clients, continually adding value through orchestrating the business to deliver proactive service and service improvements to meet and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

* Manage a Service Delivery model within an ITIL Agile lead framework

* Manage a portfolio of customers

* Agree contract assignment milestones and performance checkpoints

* Work closely with Account and Sales Managers, attending regular meetings and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

* Work closely with the Project Manager and Head of Service Delivery to ensure that the on boarding experience is positive for the customer

* Responsible for the delivery of aligned managed services contracts during start up, through service commencement, and for the lifetime of the contracts

* To own the relationship with and be the named primary contact for managed service customers in the aligned portfolio

* Analyse service level trends and implement service improvement programs where necessary

* To work alongside Head of Service Delivery, Service Delivery Manager(s), Service Desk Lead in the transition into production of the contracted services

* Ensure implementation/delivery of the end-to-end service

* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the department and company wide

Ideally coming from a Managed Services background, you will have the experience and skills in developing and implementing Service Improvement Plans. You will also:

* Have a good understanding of ITIL Service Management (v3 or v4) best practice and ideally supported by appropriate qualifications (minimum foundation level)

* Good knowledge of the IT infrastructure operations environment

* Commercially astute - a substantial understanding of how the clients business works

* Good technical knowledge to gap fill Service Desk and Mobile Engineers

* Possess an excellent aptitude for project management with Customer facing and organisational skills and become the bridge between the clients and the operational centre

* Have experience maintaining and enhancing Customer relationships

It is advantageous that you have a good understanding of product knowledge such as;
