We’re on the hunt for a Payroll Administrator to join our People Team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

What you’ll do;

Process Payroll for circa 950 employees, ensuring that information processed is accurate and that Payslips, P45 and BACS data files are submitted against stringent deadlines

Provide accurate payroll advice and guidance to the business

Provide excellent Customer Service dealing with all queries efficiently within SLA to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Ensure a high level of attention is applied to the payroll administration process with checks carried out and company controls adhered to.

About You

Experience of high volume Payroll processing, ideally in-house

Part or full CIPP qualified would be desirable

Up to date payroll legislation knowledge

Strong emphasise on a collaborative approach
