A private family office based in London with a growing pipeline of work in the South-East, now require an experienced Construction Lead to oversee the delivery of their residential-led developments. You will be responsible for the ceation and leadership of the internal construction team.
To be considered, you will need:
Excellent knowledge of construction and demonstable experience delivering multi-storey residential developments from technical design through to completion.
Strong working relationships with key sub-contractors & suppliers, and be skilled at negotiating outgoing costs.
To be a born leader who can motivate, mentor and teach young talent.
