Telephone Sales - full training provided

We are a dynamic b2b Telemarketing Agency specialising in generating sales leads for Transport & Logistics companies. We are looking for Telephone Researchers and Appointment Setters to work from our offices based in Wellingborough Town Centre - no previous experience necessary as full training will be given to the right candidate(s).

Flexible hours are available between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday on a part time or full time contract.

What does the job entail?

• Initiating business telephone calls with potential customers.
• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
• Listening to the customers' needs to understand how we can help them.
• Gathering and documenting customer information.
• Meeting sales targets.
