What you'll do
You'll be able to work with and influence many different parts of the business, including, People and Culture (HR), Marketing and Engagement, Data and Analytics and Audit to name a few.
We have a standard approach to managing change and we actively embrace Agile development. That said, Analysts use a whole toolkit of methods and approaches and, because every project is different, you'll learn how to use the right tools, techniques or software for the specific needs of the business area you're supporting. You'll be comfortable working with data from different sources to make recommendations to the business and alert to opportunities for doing things better.
We'll provide you with first-hand experience of how different parts of the business work together. This gives you the chance to build strong and lasting working relationships, as well as providing deeper insight and greater personal development. In your final year on the graduate programme, you'll be able to specialise in a part of the business that you're really passionate about.
