At LCP our biggest strength is our people, so from day one of your internship you will be valued, actively involved and be able to make your own contribution to meeting the needs of our clients.
The work we do involves assessing the risks associated with future events and advising clients on how much money they should set aside now to be able to cover uncertain payments in the future and how that money should be invested. You will work with some of the brightest minds in the business to help our clients make good decisions, based on insightful analysis, industry expertise, and game-changing technology.
Our internships are paid and last for six to nine weeks. We offer an excellent training programme and the chance to undertake the same work as our graduate trainees to give you the best possible insight into working with us. Many of our interns go on to join our graduate programme after their internship.
We want everyone to have the opportunity to fulfil their potential at LCP. That's why we seek to build an inclusive workplace where all forms of diversity are valued. There are a large number of initiatives we now run to support diversity and inclusion, including our popular agile working policy and our thriving Women's and LGBT+ Networks. We were proud to win the Award for Supporting Diversity at the inaugural Professional Pensions Women in Pensions Awards 2018.
