Manage the entire recruiting process for non-exempt, professional, technical and managerial level positions. Develop a staffing plan that discusses immediate staffing needs and builds pipeline of talent to support long term hiring needs. Develop comprehensive job descriptions with hiring managers to identify a diverse candidate pool with applicable skills and CARE/ leadership competencies. Utilize social media for all positions posted externally. Prepare staffing analytics on quarterly basis to evaluate and report recruiting effectiveness such as applicant flow, sources, time to hire, cost, etc. Based on data make recommendations for changes/improvements and implement. * Develops and implements professional development programming for all levels of staff. This includes conducting a needs analysis, developing and facilitating onboarding programs, general employee development, customer service, technical, supervisory/management training and leadership development.Facilitates team building workshops, exercises, and retreats to enhance collaboration and team effectiveness. * Researches, evaluates and recommends training and consulting resources to support development goals, ensuring that content and style are right for AAAHC's culture and needs. Conducts ongoing evaluation of program effectiveness and recommends modifications for future programming. * Administers annual and mid-year performance management program, which includes working with managers to ensure goals are documented and tracked. Ensures all completed performance evaluations are filed appropriately. Works closely with Vice President, HR on modifications/ enhancements to performance evaluation system and process. * Administers compensation program including job evaluations, compensation benchmarking, and participate in periodic compensation analysis. * Responsible for Affirmative Action Plan requirements and compliance. Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports including EEO-1, Vets, etc. * Supports the VP HR on matters related to cultural transformation and Human Resources practices, structures, and processes that enable peak performance and efficiencies. * Develop and update all HR related documentation including policy updates, documenting procedures, and updating Employee Handbook and Organizational Chart, along with other material. * Manage the HRIS and personnel records. As a system administrator for the HRIS and the SME, ensures all information and data is complete and correct. Keep updated on HRIS upgrades and features, and give highlights to HR team. Run routine and complex reports for analysis * Serve as backup for administration of health, welfare and retirement benefits. Assist Benefit/Payroll Specialist with ensures benefit compliance obligations (including Affordable Care Act, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, and Cafeteria Plan reporting and notices). Qualifications: * + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field + Minimum 7 years of HR Generalist experience, with emphasis on training and development and talent acquisition knowledge + HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, etc.) + Proven influencer; demonstrated ability to coach and counsel at all levels + Well-versed in HR Best Practices and overall policies and procedures * Excellent communication skills; listening, writing, presenting, and facilitating * Ability to organize and analyze data, communicate with stakeholders, develop recommendations and proposals for solving problems while exhibiting realistic understanding of issues * Successful track record of working and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment.
