Maintenance/Voids Services Manager

Our client are a large government organisation and are looking for an experienced Maintenance/Voids Services Manager to join their team. This is initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right candidate. Our client is looking for someone who can come on board and have overall responsibility for the delivery of the various Responsive Maintenance Contracts relating to their housing and related stock.
The successful applicant will be tasked with leading a team delivering high quality and cost effective services and oversee staff resources in respect of complaints, recruitment and performance and develop working relationships and working with tenants to achieve best practice value in procurement, service delivery and customer satisfaction, You will also be tasked with maintaining budgetary control over the responsive maintenance service including invoices and payments. The ideal applicant will develop models and forecasts including scenario testing and sensitivity analysis, co-ordinating the collection of stock condition for service areas as required along with supporting the asset and maintenance planning cycle as well as ensuring consistent standards of maintenance, development of supply chain specification.
To be considered for this role you will be an experienced Services Manager with a background in Building Maintenance, preferably within a social housing environment.
