My Client is an international family-run business, The company has 4 specialist divisions supplying tapes, labels, floors and crew wear around the world. Manufacturing many of their own products, they sell direct and also support a network of over 150 distributors world-wide.

Main Purpose Of The Role:

This role will provide administrative and sales support to the busy online sales team


37.50 hours per week, Monday - Friday


£18,000 - £20,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Online product sales administration

The main function of this role is to provide administrative support to the company's product sales website.

Key tasks will include:

• Help to maintain the department's reputation for excellent customer service by providing support to customers via email and over the phone

• Contribute to the growth of the online sales department by ensuring that all product orders, returns and refunds are correctly processed to agreed timescales

• Take pride in following procedures, self-checking work and reducing errors by working accurately and paying attention to details

• Keep customers up to date with order status by tracking shipments and undertaking other logistics-related administration

• Support the smooth running of the department with administration tasks such as filing paperwork, updating the CRM system, keeping accurate records and working closely with colleagues to share data and information

• Carry out market research to assist in sales strategies

• Assist with marketing the company's products

• Carry out weekly stock check using part numbers and CRM system

Person Specification:

GCSE or equivalent Maths and English to Grade C or above

Strong administrative background

Computer literacy, especially the ability to use Excel to a high standard

Excellent communication skills at all levels

Accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects

Keen to learn, willing to ask questions and to quickly absorb new information

Conscientious and motivated to support other members of the team

An excellent team player, personable and able to get on with colleagues in all teams

Able to work under pressure in a busy office

Any previous experience with graphics, i.e. Photo Shop, Light Room, Illustrator (Desirable)
