European Speaking Customer Service Advisors- Temporary

GERMAN / FRENCH / POLISH / ITALIAN / DUTCH SPEAKERS NEEDED FOR CENTRAL BASINGSTOKE LOCATION.
We are currently recruiting for temporary workers to join our clients busy offices from now until January 2019 to support with the Christmas peak.
This office location is in the centre of Basingstoke and offers a great atmosphere to work in, excellent office facilities and a fun bright environment.
In this role you will be taking inbound calls from customers of a very prestigious high street brand.
The office opening times are 8am- 8pm, you will work a set shift during each working day.
The working week is a full time week working five out of seven days.
We have numerous positions available.
Ideally you will be Flexible towards working shifts
Must be available until January 2019
Happy to complete any adhoc duties required
Working hours are 37.5hrs each week,
Responsibilities and Duties
Main duties will include;
- Handling inbound customer queries via email and the telephone
- Completing administration tasks
- Updating databases
- Handling customer complain
Qualifications and Skills;
The ideal candidate will have;
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Previous customer service gained from either an office, retail or hospitality background

Salary: £8.50 to £11.00 /hour
