£18,000 Per Annum
Our client, a leading provider of Conveyancing search solutions, is on the hunt for a Customer Account Coordinator to join their team.
You will be responsible for providing support to the customer base, liaising via phone calls and email to resolve queries and keep customers updated on progress.
As the Customer Account Coordinator, you will:
* Provide support and advice via telephone
* Ensuring queries are dealt with promptly with a strong focus on first call resolution
* You will gain knowledge in aspects of the conveyancing chain
* Liaise with third-party data providers utilising your excellent interpersonal skills
Skills you will need:
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* An excellent telephone manner
* Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
* Previous success and experience in an administrative role would be an advantage
* Excellent data entry and computer literacy skills
