Apple is looking for a talented professional to lead program management and analysis for new and ongoing initiatives for our global Payments Team. As an integral member of our Payments team you will be working with regional and global teams around the world to ensure a world-class customer experience and industry leading system implementations. You are a creative thinker, you love to understand the ins and outs of an implementation, and you love finding winning resolutions. You have a high level of integrity and sense of urgency to "make things happen". You can balance the needs of multiple teams and maintain a strong sense of empathy for your partners. Description

- Gather business requirements for payment features from internal (Payment Product Managers, Finance, Payments, other iTunes and other Apple internal) partners as well as external sources and work with iTunes Engineering team and other cross functional teams to deliver world-class outcomes - Document the requirements in a clear and actionable way - Brainstorm approaches and solutions with multiple teams for scalable and extensible outcomes - Lead the overall business activities portion of feature/project implementation between various business and engineering teams. Work closely with the Engineering Program Managers throughout execution. - Serve as a partner and point of contact/escalation between the payment integrators and/or acquirers and the Apple internal teams (i.e.AMP engineering team, iTunes Operations, Apple Care). - Work and collaborate with the iTunes Payment Operations and Apple Care teams to identify system and/or process improvements. - Review contract-details with the appropriate teams to ensure all contractual requirements are covered in the business requirements documents, and in the implementations

Education & Experience

BA/BS degree required
