The company is a top-tier multimedia company with 17 broadcast, cable and digital networks; 59 TV stations; 67 radio stations; online and mobile apps, products and content creation facilities.

  • Work directly with the SVP of Sales, Operations and Development to create reporting and insights that help achieve business goals
  • Support the development of platform and tools to streamline data mapping, extraction and analysis
  • Responsible for the build and management of insightful metrics reports to help digital editorial teams achieve their goals, understand their performance and improve operations
  • Drives SEO strategy & roadmap
  • Define SEO requirements and site changes that will increase quality traffic, maximize site performance, improve search result listings, and ultimately drive value for the company
  • Turns roadmap into actionable items and project manages implementation
  • Works closely with SEO team and digital research analysts to develop optimization recommendations and manages all phases of the process through delivery of assets
  • Works with internal editorial & design teams to implement search engine optimization strategies and best practices
  • Leads deep dives into search linguistics to determine consumer behavior
  • Lead ongoing/monthly analysis and reporting to identify further optimization opportunities for each content vertical
  • Work on forecast and projections for digital business, including editorial and sales tent poles and key programs
  • 10 years of experience in digital analytics and search engine optimization, preferably for Fortune 500 brand
  • Advanced knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms, passion for SEO and search engine marketing in general
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe / Omniture, Chartbeat, Data Studio, Google Docs, BI tools, SQL programming
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills is a must; ability to juggle multiple projects taking in data from multiple sources and follow through on deliverables
  • Google AdWords and Google Analytics certification
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics tools & search engine referral tracking/benchmarking
  • Willingness to learn new SEO tactics
  • Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Spanish language and understanding of Latino culture
  • Advanced PowerPoint, Excel + Word skills
  • Strong attention to detail
